This elegant, light straw-hued selection is our homage to the great sparkling wines of northern Italy. The long secondary fermentation in the bottle gives the wine a pleasing aroma of brioche that intertwines perfectly with hints of pear and white flowers. On the palate, it is refreshing and crisp, with flavors of grapefruit and green apple lingering pleasantly.
